SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of my Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: https://elspethjmackenzie.com/policies/terms-of-service. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing my products. This policy will apply to any order you place with me. 

ORIGINAL ART

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?
Original paintings will normally be packed and shipped within 5 working days. If this is not possible for any reason, you will be notified. Within the UK artworks are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight. Parcels will be tracked. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2-3 days from the  time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total. 

If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.

How much will shipping cost?
There is no extra cost for shipping. The price indicated on each artwork is the price you pay.

PRINTS

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my print?
All prints are made to order and orders are sent once a week to the printer. They will then be signed by me, packed and sent to you. Within the UK pieces are sent by Royal Mail.Parcels will be tracked. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2-3 days from the time of shipping. Please allow 10 working days in total.

If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.

There is no extra cost for shipping. The price indicated on each artwork is the price you pay.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Local Pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday-Friday in the EH6 area of Edinburgh only - Monday-Friday 10.00-18.00. 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. 

For UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms. 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, no. This is due to issues with EU regulations and USA tariffs.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights.
